We have solved steady-state, axisymmetric viscous one/two-dimensional fluid equations of motion for accretion and outflows around black holes in pseudo- Newtonian potential (pNp) and general relativity (GR). Here we have investigated all types of possible transonic advective accretion solutions with/without outflows. We found that the accretion and the outflow solutions depend mostly on the viscosity, Kerr spin parameter and composition of the flow. We also explored the outflows, no outflows, and fail outflows solutions around the BHs.
Rajiv Kumar: Dr. Kumar has been a post-doctoral research fellow at the Department of Astronomy of Xiamen University since Oct 2016. He obtained his PhD from Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Science in 2016. Dr. Kumar’s main research interest is on theoretical studies of the accretion process of discs around black holes.
