Le Nguyen Huynh Anh (黎阮黃英) is from Thanh Binh, Dong Thap Province, Vietnam. In June 2006, she received a bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Natural Sciences, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She was awarded the President's Scholarship for International Graduate Students at Kyung Hee University, South Korea. She obtained her master and Ph.D degrees in Astrophysics from Kyung Hee University in February 2011 and February 2016, respectively.
From August 2016 to December 2018, she worked as a postdoctoral researcher under the Brain Korea 21 program at the Department of Physics and Astronomy, Seoul National University, South Korea. In January 2019, she was awarded the President’s International Fellowship Initiative of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Astronomy, School of Physics, University of Science and Technology of China. In February 2021, she was appointed as a special associate researcher, and since April 2025, she has been serving as a tenured associate researcher in the same department. Since 2020, she has been the principal investigator of several projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. She has also been a referee for journals of the American Astronomical Society since 2022.
Main research interests: Active galactic nuclei, the co-evolution of supermassive black holes and their host galaxies. She has published 10 articles as first-author, 2 articles as second-author, and over 35 co-authored papers in international astronomy journals.
