报告简介：Ultra compact dwarf galaxies (UCDs) bridge the gap once thought to exist between low-mass compact galaxies and globular clusters (GCs) on the mass-size plane. There has been ongoing debate about the UCD's origin for two decades. Here I will introduce some relevant studies about this special kind of galaxies.
