摘要:
An accurate decomposition and classification of galaxies is required to uncover the causal link between galaxy formation history and their properties. In observations, galaxies are generally decomposed by the limited information of their morphologies and kinematics. It possibly induces great difficulty in the study of bulges and galaxy formation history. In this talk, I will report some insights from numerical simulations into the property and formation history of bulges in galaxies: a) the coevolution between bulges, black holes, and their parent galaxies; b) the difference between kinematically-derived intrinsic bulges and bulges in observations. The most advanced cosmological simulation IllustrisTNG will be used. And I will introduce a method we developed, based on an idea of deconstruction, that can help us to understand intrinsic structures and their evolutionary pathways in galaxies.
